The holidays are a time of celebrations - and social gatherings! This can be a fun time to get to know a little more about the people you know well, and get to know new people. It's also an appropriate time of year to bring back our #ActionsInformCulture activation.

This season, as you join colleagues and classmates, friends and family, neighbors and new faces...remember that our culture is informed by our actions. Regardless of the setting and circumstances, we can ensure a fun, safe, memorable time for all by ensuring that we act with consideration and compassion, respect each others' boundaries, and keep a friendly eye out for those around us who may be in an uncomfortable situation. For those of you who have seen The Office, channel your inner Jim and Pam!
