Equal Play Equal Pay is a grassroots community organizing movement led by high school and college athletes that creates equality at the local level. It’s time to level the playing field, literally and figuratively.
Correcting for a long history of inequitable investment in women and girls’ sports will take time and effort.
It’s so much bigger than one sport and one team.
It takes an empowered generation to ensure that the problems of the past don’t exist in our future.
It’s about mobilizing communities to come together and change our culture.
