Each week, we will highlight a different activation to help inspire you to make small, but powerful actions to collectively achieve gender equality.

To kick off the new year, let's all aim to #InvestEquitably. Investments can take the form of time, talent, or treasure. When we don't take care to ensure equity, the resulting imbalance harms livelihoods in more ways than one. It shows up in the gender pay gap, in the ratio of men and women in government, and in disparities in education access around the globe. Investing equitably means that there are equal, and equitable, opportunities and investments made for boys, girls, women, men, cis, trans, and everyone across the gender spectrum. 

To truly achieve gender equality, we must be mindful of how we operate on a day-to-day basis. Help spread the message! Speak up at home, work or in school. Encourage your friends and peers to invest equitably - in business, in education, in sports, in politics, and in life.
